1v1 Arena
Overview
The 1v1 Arena is the one versus one side of the new arena system, built for settling fights between two players. You create a game, invite someone to play against, and face off on custom made arena maps.
How it Works
To get started, create a game and invite the player you want to fight. Player ELO is tracked separately from gang ELO, so your 1v1 results affect your own personal ranking rather than your gang's.
Matches are played on custom made arena maps built by the QA and event mapping team, and multiple arenas can run at the same time, so several 1v1s can be going on at once.
ELO & Cooldowns
The arena uses an ELO system with custom Cloud Gaming ranks. After you play the same person in an ELO match 3 times, there is a 3 hour cooldown before those matches will count towards ELO again. You can keep playing them during that time, as long as the game is set not to affect ELO.
Wagering
You can wager gang credits or RP cash on a match. When wagering RP cash, multiple people can deposit into the pot. Upon winning, only the players who deposited get their money doubled, and a small fee is taken on all RP cash wagers.
Optional Settings
