# Medic Kit (DarkRP)

### **Overview**

The Medic Kit is the **Medic** job's healing tool. Unlike the [Medkit (HL2)](https://wiki.cloud-gaming.co.uk/books/weapons-and-sweps/page/medkit-hl2), which heals in chunks, the Medic Kit restores health **gradually**, ticking up **1 hp at a time** while it is being used.

### **How to Use**

The Medic Kit has **two functions;**

- The **primary function** (left click) heals **other players**.
- The **secondary function** (right click) heals **yourself**.

Hold the button down and aim at your target to keep healing. Health goes up steadily rather than all at once, so healing someone from low health takes a few seconds.
